FLAT FAN EXTERNAL MIXING WITH CLEANING AND CONTROL NEEDLE
Internal mixing is used where low viscous fluids absent from impurities need to be sprayed. This is the conventional nozzle design with a modified set of needle assembly. This needle ensures that the needle orifice does not clog. The adjusting screw provided with the needle controls the liquid flow. The entire assembly is operated manually.

FULL CONE LAB MODEL WITH LIQUID REGULATOR
This conventional Full Cone has a compact design with an adjustable air cap by which a variation in the atomization can be achieved. It has application mainly in tablet coating. It is made available in 1/8”BSP (F) end connection. On request this model is also made available with a control screw to regulate the flow of liquid

MULTIPLE WIDE ANGLE AIR ATOMIZING
This nozzle is specially designed to achieve wide angle coverage and high capacity flow rates subsequently maintaining the fine atomization. Its spray angle ranges from 60° to 100°. This design is available in a cluster of 3 or 7 full cone nozzles mounted on the nozzle head. It has independent connections for Air and Liquid. On request similar design with a modified auto shut off assembly can also be supplied.
