TEFLON ULTRA TANK RINSING NOZZLE
Siddharth Ultra tank rinsing nozzle comprises of multiple solid jets mounted on a circular disc. These jets are precisely positioned to provide complete orbital coverage. The solid jets produce high impacts at low pressures and achieve desired hygiene. The disc is driven and lubricated by the cleaning fluid. Its design consists of 3 parts. The body, The disc and The disc retainer ring. Available spray patterns are − Top and bottom 180°, Top and bottom 270° and 360° coverage.

BARREL CLEANING NOZZLE
The barrel cleaning nozzle efficiently cleans tanks up to Ø2m. This design features 3 / 4 / 5‚ high impact flat jet nozzles mounted on the rotating body which is driven by the flow of the cleaning liquid. They are precisely positioned to give complete orbital coverage to the entire interior surface.
These nozzles are widely used for effective internal scrubbing of small tanks / drums and are recommended to use at a maximum pressure of 7 bar.
Bearing and races are made out of Hardened Stainless Steel for maximum wear life OR S.S. 316 for maximum corrosion resistance.
The nozzles can pass through 60 mm / 50 mm diameter drum opening depending upon the nozzle construction.

TURBO DISC - TANK WASHING SPRAY NOZZLE
The Turbo Disc is a simple tank cleaning device developed for the inside washing of industrial storage tanks, small barrels casks and vats used in the Brewery‚ Dairy‚ Food‚ Beverage‚ Pharmaceutical and other process industries.
The disc is both driven and lubricated by the cleaning fluid. The rotating disc dispenses an instant powerful dense spray to all the interior surfaces of the vessel.
These nozzles can be differentiated in 3 types depending on their coverage factor.
1. Can give a coverage of 360°
2. Can cover top 180°
3. Can cover bottom 180°
This portable device made in S.S.316. and P.T.F.E. material can be used in a wide variety of chemicals and detergents up to temperatures of 120 Degrees C.
The flow capacity of 6.0 M3/hr @ 2.0 Kg/cm2 pressure ensures effective cleaning with low water consumption. This model is readily available in an end connection of 1”BSP / NPT (F).

MULTIPLE JET
A Multiple jet as the name suggests is a non rotating nozzle with multiple ports drilled on the periphery of its body. Each port has a specific angle, which is meant to cover the insides of a tank entirely. These are mainly used to clean insides of small casks, barrels, tubes, pipes, etc. It is also used to inject steam, gas, or compressed air in order to circulate liquids. It is available in standard end connections of 1/8”BSP (F) − 1/2”BSP (F).
